Tu Vois Ce Que Je Veux Dire?
This project invited spectators to experience the city in a new fashion, turning the routine of daily life into a journey of heightened senses and transformed perceptions.
Created by Lyon-based Projet In Situ, and in collaboration with Canada’s National Institute for the Blind, this piece of one-on-one theatre involved a 2.5-hour blindfolded tour of the streets and homes of Vancouver. This urban choreography offered a tactile, felt engagement with the city.
The project was presented at Vancouver’s 2013 PuSh International Performing Arts Festival.
